IMA is a creative agency in Leeds seeking an Accounts Assistant to support day‑to‑day finance, keep records tidy and help the wider team run processes smoothly. The role emphasizes accuracy, reliable administration and collaboration across finance tasks.

The successful candidate will contribute to month‑end activity, VAT work and reporting while maintaining well‑organised financial records and clear documentation for audit and compliance.

Formación

• Experience in accounts assistant, finance assistant or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail with numerical data.
• Good working knowledge of Excel and finance systems.
• Organised and dependable with deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Process supplier invoices and expenses, match against PO's and code correctly.
• Support accounts payable/receivable activities including onboarding and payments.
• Reconcile bank, supplier and customer accounts and follow up discrepancies.
• Maintain organised financial records and ensure documentation is accessible.
• Assist with month‑end tasks, management reporting and VAT administration.
