Qualifications

• Previous experience working in an accounts or finance administration role, or be actively working towards a career in accountancy.
• AAT qualifications, or be studying towards an AAT qualification, would be advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy when handling invoices and financial documentation.
• A proactive attitude, a willingness to learn and the motivation to develop your skills further.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and completion of weekly accounts, meeting deadlines.
• Process and manage invoices, verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist colleagues with finance-related queries and admin tasks.
• Obtain approvals and sign-off for purchase orders with complete documentation.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure paperwork aligns with procedures.
• Collaborate with the finance team to support day-to-day accounting activities.
