MTrec Commercial is supporting our client to appoint an Accounts Assistant to provide administrative support within the finance department. If you have strong administrative experience and are looking for a career in finance, this could be the role for you.

The company are open to candidates on an entry level basis within accounts, with a Monday–Friday, office-based schedule and a friendly environment that promotes progression.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy essential.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices with accurate coding.
• Prepare supplier payments and payment runs.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Raise sales invoices and support credit control.
