ACCA Careers is seeking an Accounts Assistant to help maintain financial records and support day-to-day accounting operations.

You will assist with management accounts, intercompany reconciliations, and month-end activities while collaborating with teams across multiple countries. The role emphasizes automation, AI trends, and skill development in a dynamic infrastructure environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in an accounting or finance role is advantageous in the infrastructure sector.
• Studying ACCA/CIMA/AAT is expected to progress your career.
• Confident with journals, reconciliations, accruals and prepayments.
• Proactive, organised and able to manage workload.

• Support the preparation of monthly management accounts, including journals, accruals, prepayments and reconciliations.
• Gain exposure to reporting across multiple international entities and jurisdictions.
• Assist with month-end processes, intercompany accounting and balance sheet reconciliations.

• Develop your commercial finance knowledge through reporting, analysis and process improvement projects.

• Strong Excel skills, including lookups and pivot tables.
• Interested in technology, automation and AI within finance.
