Beyond Talent Solutions are partnering with a well-established manufacturing business in Barnsley to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis. The role offers variety across purchase and sales invoicing, cash flow support and credit control within a small, friendly finance team.

You will be confident communicating with customers and internal stakeholders, manage your own workload in a fast-paced environment and develop your finance experience within a stable, growing business.

Formación

• Confident communicating with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Keen to develop their finance experience.
• A team player with a positive, hands-on approach.
• Previous experience within an accounts or finance environment would be beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Processing purchase invoices
• Raising sales invoices
• Allocating payments and resolving invoice queries
• Credit control, including chasing outstanding invoices and managing customer accounts
• Handling customer and supplier invoice queries
• Completing bank reconciliations
• Supporting the wider finance team with day-to-day accounting tasks
• General finance administration and ad-hoc duties as required
