About the role

Sytner Sheffield has a fantastic opportunity available for an Accounts Assistant to join their team.

As a Sytner Accounts Assistant, you will support the day-to-day functions of the accounts department, including managing the sales and purchase ledgers, daily cash postings, and bank reconciliations. You will also assist the Dealership Accountant and Management team with various ad-hoc duties as required.

Sytner Accounts Assistants work a flexible schedule between Mondays and Fridays, which may occasionally include weekends to ensure excellent customer service.

About You

Previous experience and a good working knowledge of accounting routines, including stock checks and month-end reconciliations, are essential. Knowledge of the CDK/Kerridge Dealer Management system and Microsoft Office is advantageous but not essential.

Ideally, you will be enthusiastic, well-organized, diligent, and capable of working to strict deadlines while paying attention to detail. You should be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a small team.
