A leading company is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant in Morley. This permanent role involves covering various transactional accounting duties, supporting management accounting functions. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and ready to contribute from day one. Familiarity with MS Dynamics 365 is beneficial but not essential.
E & M Talent Partners are currently supporting a global business in appointing an experienced Accounts Assistant to join them on a permanent basis.
The role would suit someone who is comfortable covering transactional accounting duties, supporting the Accountant who is tasked with the management accounting duties.
The hours are 8.30am until 5.00pm, on site full time at their head office in Morley.
Duties will include:
- Bank reconciliations
- Accounts Payable duties
- Credit Control duties
- Raising of credits and debits
- Banking
- Asset register
- Billing reports
- Prepayments and Accruals
Ideally, we are looking for a self starter who can hit the ground running.
Experience with MS Dynamics 365 would be advantageous but not essential.
The first 12 weeks will be paid via the agency before moving across on to an annual salary.
