About the team

Supporting the financial operations of TVG by performing a wide range of accounting tasks. They are responsible for the accuracy of financial statements and information by ensuring accurate recording of transactions.

About the role
  • Responsible for a wide range of accounting tasks.
  • Responsible for the accurate recording of transactions in the general ledger.
  • Liaison with other departments within the company to pass on cash and customer related information.
  • Performing balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Supporting the VAT returns.
  • Stock transactions and reconciliations.
  • Responsible for Oracle controls – eg opening & closing the ledger.
  • Responsible for Oracle access – giving people access/ signing limits/ DLA’s.
  • Responding to audit requests forinformation and answering queries
About you
  • An understanding of double entry book keeping is required, ideally also working towards AAT or other accounting qualification.
  • Working knowledge of Excel is a key requirement.
  • Experience in Oracle and OBIEE
  • The role requires understanding of our business operations relating to banking, customer receipts & adjustments, and supplier payments.
