Responsibilities:

As an Accounts Assistant, you will...

• Process purchase and sales invoices, and maintain accurate financial records
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including credit control duties
• Reconcile bank accounts and support with month-end processes
• Assist with VAT returns, reporting, and ad-hoc financial analysis
• Occasionally travel internationally to attend events

Requirements:

As an Accounts Assistant, you will need...

• Previous experience using Xero - this is essential
• Experience in a similar role covering invoicing, reconciliations, and credit control
• AAT qualification (or studying) - full study support provided
• Strong attention to detail, good Excel skills, and a proactive attitude
