Qualifications

• Previous experience in an accounts or finance role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Upload data from the Bodyshop management system into the accounting system.
• Post customer receipts to ensure accurate financial records.
• Perform supplier reconciliations to maintain up-to-date accounts.
• Assist in preparing payment runs for suppliers.
• Post supplier payments accurately and in a timely manner.
