Up to £28k negotiable depending on experience plus benefits

Recruitment Solutions Workforce are currently searching for a Finance Assistant to join our clients’ team, based in Caldicot.

You’ll play a crucial role in supporting the small finance team with various day-to-day responsibilities, working closely with the wider operations team across the business.

Responsibilities

Ensure accurate and timely posting of daily bank transactions;

Ongoing maintenance of sales and purchase ledgers via SAP;

Authorise, input and pay purchase ledger invoices;

Assist with customer credit management and debtor control for sales ledger;

Prepare month-end reconciliation and ad-hoc reports;

Staff expenses management;

Manage FX rates and contracts.

Skills and Experience

Good level of general education, any on-the-job or formal accounts training would be beneficial.

Happy and able to work closely with internal departments and external stakeholders.

Able to multi-task.

Trustworthy and reliable.

Full time:

8.30am – 5pm Mon – Thu

8.30am – 3pm Fri

My client will also consider shorter hours over the 5 days.
