We're looking for an Accounts Assistant who enjoys being at the heart of the finance function. You'll be organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling a variety of tasks that keep everything in good working order.

  1. Posting bank transactions and maintaining accurate cash book reconciliations.
  2. Supporting the processing of UK & Belgium payroll—gathering data, liaising with payroll providers, checking reports, and assisting with final sign-off.
  3. Being a reliable point of contact for employee payroll and pension queries—providing answers or directing queries appropriately.
  4. Collaborating closely with HR and Finance teams, becoming the go-to person for payroll-related matters.
  5. Ensuring processes align with company policies to maintain smooth operations and support the larger organizational goals.
