Your new company:A small 2 partner accountancy practice in central London who deal with clients across a variety of industries including both barrister and barristers' chambers. This firm offers a great supportive team with a good work-life balance whilst allowing you to get involved in and gain knowledge in both accounts and tax.

Role Overview:
The role is perfect for an accountant who has a good level of knowledge covering both accounts and tax following experience in a practice and who is willing to develop any gaps in their knowledge whilst also working closely with junior team members and other managers in a well-established small practice.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintaining client relationships
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure deadlines are met
• Managing a portfolio of clients, including deciding fees whilst also completing tax and accounts preparation to a high level
• Managing and training junior team members
