Atlas NextWave, Aberdeen-based marine and offshore services organisation, is seeking an experienced Accounts Supervisor to join our finance team. You will manage day-to-day finance activities, maintain ledgers, process invoices, and support month-end processes in a fast-paced environment.

You will bring hands-on accounting expertise, strong Xero experience, and a proactive approach to improving reporting and financial controls across the business.

Qualificações

• Xero experience is essential.
• Previous Accounts Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day finance administration using Xero.
• Maintain accurate sales and purchase ledgers.
• Process invoices, supplier payments, banking transactions and reconciliations.
• Support credit control activities and manage outstanding balances.
• Assist with month-end and quarter-end processes, including journals, accruals and prepayments.
• Produce management information and financial reports.
• Resolve customer and supplier finance queries professionally.
• Identify and implement improvements to finance processes and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance administration using Xero
• Maintain accurate sales and purchase ledgers

What We're Looking For

• Strong practical experience with Xero (essential)
• Previous experience in an Accounts Supervisor, Senior Accounts Assistant or similar finance role
• Good understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations and credit control
• Strong Excel and reporting skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
