Your new role
As an Accounts & Audit Senior, your duties may include:

1. Preparation of statutory and management accounts
2. Delegating and overseeing the work of others
3. Mentoring and providing learning strategies for trainees
4. Identifying areas for client improvement and challenging existing methodologies
5. Supporting Partners and Senior Management in their portfolios
6. Supporting ad hoc projects such as due diligence, funding proposals, and cash flow forecasting
7. Assisting in planning audit processes
8. Liaising with the tax team and external professionals

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will likely have:

• An accountancy qualification - ACA / ACCA
• A strong team mentality with the ability to work independently
• Knowledge of accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, Iris/CCH, etc.)
• Good analytical skills and a commercial approach
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
