Corestone Talent is recruiting for a full-time permanent, office-based role, five days per week, with an immediate start. It's ideal for someone starting a career in finance and accounts and who wants to study towards an AAT qualification.

You'll be part of a friendly, supportive team, learn systems quickly, respond to queries, process invoices, handle calls, and help document processes as your confidence grows, taking on increasing responsibilities.

Aufgaben

• Monitor shared inboxes and respond to queries.
• Process and accurately enter invoices onto the system.
• Answer incoming calls and assist with general enquiries.
• Support the finance team with a variety of accounts and administration tasks.
• Learn new processes and document procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure information is up to date.
• Take on additional responsibilities as your confidence and experience grow.
