Job description

Accounts Administrator (Part Time)

We are seeking a flexible and experienced Accounts Administrator to join a small, family-run business based in Wellingborough (NN8). This role is office-based with no hybrid or remote working options.

Position Details:

  • Part-time, flexible hours, approximately 22.5 to 30 hours per week
  • Pay rate: £15.00 - £16.00 per hour
  • Location: Wellingborough offices; free onsite parking available

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Invoicing and bank reconciliations
  2. Working with Sage Line 50 and Excel spreadsheets
  3. Assisting with trade show preparations and stock taking
  4. Analyzing company data and processing credit card and petty cash payments
  5. Managing commissions and web retail sales
  6. Providing general administrative support to the business and production team as needed

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Sage (preferably Line 50) and Excel
  • Knowledge of international currency conversions is advantageous but not essential
  • Flexible and adaptable, willing to undertake various administrative duties
