Right Now Group are recruiting an Accounts Administrator for an established international freight forwarding company based in Colnbrook, specialising in artwork and specialised freight. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with solid accounts administration experience to join a collaborative and supportive team.

Role Overview - Accounts Administrator

As an Accounts Administrator, you will provide vital administrative support to the accounts team, ensuring smooth daily operations and contributing to accurate financial processing. The role requires someone who is organised, attentive to detail, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities - Accounts Administrator

Perform general administration duties including filing, email management, and data recording

Prepare and send statements and payment reminders to customers

Use Sage 50 software to post payments and receipts accurately

Support the accounts team with various administrative tasks as required

Check and process information ensuring accuracy and completeness

Person Specification - Accounts Administrator

Minimum 1 year's experience in office administration

Proficient in Sage 50 accounting software

Experience in freight forwarding is desirable but not essential

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

Good communication skills and professional telephone manner

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)

Positive, eager to learn, and professional attitude

Must hold a full driving licence and live within 10 miles of Colnbrook due to limited public transport

Fluent English language skills and eligibility to work in the UK with at least 5 years' checkable work history

What's On Offer - Accounts Administrator

Competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000

Monday to Friday working hours, 09:00 to 17:30
