Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Client Accounts Administrator. The role is based in our Elephant & Castle office and offers a salary of £27,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Registering tenants for liabilities such as council tax etc. within agreed time frames
  • Process invoices and ensure timely payment of client accounts
  • Respond to client queries related to invoices and payments in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client accounts, including invoices, payments, and receipts
  • Ensure all documentation is accurately filed and stored in accordance with company policy
Key Requirements:
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records meeting company policies and legal requirements
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial information and data
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and suppliers
