Lancashire Renewables Ltd is seeking an Accounts Administrator to maintain and reconcile purchase and general ledger accounts, administer payroll, and support the Finance Department. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work independently or in a team.
The ideal candidate will have an AAT Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience, strong knowledge of the financial cycle, and hands-on experience with CODA or similar systems.
The Accounts Administrator will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations within our organisation. The post holder will be responsible for maintaining and reconciling purchase and general ledger accounts, administering payroll functions, and providing essential support to the Finance Department. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
To be successful in this position it is essential that you have an AAT Level 3 qualification or the relevant experience in a similar role.

Lancashire Renewables Ltd was established for the operation and management of the two waste treatment facilities built for the Lancashire Waste Contract.
Our two facilities in Thornton and Leyland are manned 365 days a year. Both sites can process over 5,000 tonnes of residual (black bin bag) waste per week and divert 95% of this material away from landfill.
