Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner based at our Preston HQ. The role offers flexitime with some hybrid-working and a 36.25-hour week, with salary of £44,075–£48,226 and on-site working.
You will provide strategic HR guidance to managers, develop high-quality policies and reports, and support delivery of departmental and corporate objectives, requiring CIPD membership or equivalent. Evening/weekend attendance may be required.

Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills, strong written communication skills, and the ability to produce high-quality policies and reports. Previous experience in Human Resources, including providing professional advice and guidance to line managers, is essential. Candidates must also be an Associate Member of the CIPD or hold an equivalent qualification.
The post holder may occasionally be required to attend meetings or events during evenings and weekends.
