Plants Galore on the outskirts of Newton Abbot is seeking a versatile administration/accounts trainee to join the head office team. The role offers on-site training, progression opportunities, and a long-term career path within a growing £13 million horticultural business.

Qualifications

• Experience isn’t required but strong computer skills are essential for this role.
• Candidates with experience in accounts and administration would be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processing and checking delivery notes / invoices to prepare payments.
• Processing supplier invoices for approval and payment.
• Reconciling the bank account.
• Processing petty cash receipts.
• Allocating uniforms and sundries.
• Administrating the growing side of our business including data entry and reporting.
• Purchasing for the growing department; liaising with suppliers and nursery managers.
