• Confident communication with suppliers, including international contacts.

Responsibilities

• Process and check delivery notes and invoices in preparation of payments.
• Liaise with suppliers and transport companies on issues including organising transport and credits.
• Collect data and distribute reports; import products from international suppliers.
• Manage day-to-day back-office EPOS system; create/update Excel spreadsheets.
• Support all departments within head office and assist on a range of issues.
