Teaching Opportunities for AAT and Accounting Lecturers

Protocol is working closely with a local Council based in Birmingham to find experienced AAT and Accounting lecturers to deliver courses to adult learners in a community setting.

The Roles

These roles offer various flexible hours (you can choose your own!) and are on temporary ongoing contracts. Some courses run for 12 weeks, while others span the full academic year. All courses start in September.

You will work for the local council as part of their adult education team, delivering and supporting AAT/Accounting learners through their programs of study. This will involve low-level support, delivering basic skills potentially up to levels 1 and 2.

The Person

We are seeking individuals passionate about teaching with relevant experience in both educational and industry fields. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students or apprentices in college or educational settings, and be upbeat, motivational, and knowledgeable in the subject area to educate and inspire learners.

Requirements

• A Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject (AAT/Accounting/Finance)
• A teaching qualification – Essential
• Experience delivering AAT/Accounting/Finance courses
