Job summary

Technogym is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance team in a permanent, office-based role. You will ensure timely processing of supplier invoices, maintain vendor relationships, and support smooth financial operations.

The ideal candidate has strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and with teammates in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Accounts Payable, Finance Administration, or a similar accounting role (AP focus).
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas).
• Experience with ERP/financial systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or similar).
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with suppliers.
• Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring proper execution and follow-up of the indirect procurement process, including Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and Goods Receipts (GR).
• Reviewing and validating supplier accounting documents.
• Recording and posting supplier invoices.
• Allocating invoices to the appropriate expense accounts.
• Preparing forecasts for upcoming invoices.
• Setting up and monitoring payment schedules.
• Reconciliation of supplier accounts.
• Collecting accounting documents: tracking received invoices, filing, and organizing documentation.
• Participating in month-end closing activities: account reconciliations and review of the accounts payable aging.
• Managing communication with suppliers and service providers.

Your Role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactiveAccounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance team in this office based role. This role is essential in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and supporting the smooth financial operations of the business.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast‑paced environment.

Reporting to the Accounting Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring proper execution and follow-up of the indirect procurement process, including Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and Goods Receipts (GR)
• Reviewing and validating supplier accounting documents
• Recording and posting supplier invoices
• Allocating invoices to the appropriate expense accounts
• Preparing forecasts for upcoming invoices
• Setting up and monitoring payment schedules
• Reconciliation of supplier accounts
• Collecting accounting documents: tracking received invoices, filing, and organizing documentation

• Experience working with SAP is mandatory

About You

• Understanding of month‑end processes such as AP accruals
• Experience with process improvement or internal control enhancement
• Highly organised and methodical
• Team‑oriented mindset
