• Strong grounding in accounts and tax

Responsibilities

• Manage your own portfolio of clients across various sectors
• Oversee preparation and review of year-end accounts and statutory filings
• Support clients with corporation and personal tax matters
• Build long-term relationships and act as trusted adviser
• Review work of junior and semi-senior team members
• Coach and guide colleagues to maintain high service standards
• Identify opportunities to provide additional services to clients
• Collaborate with partners on complex client needs
• Improve processes to enhance efficiency and service quality
• Monitor commercial performance and portfolio development
