The successful candidate will be ACA or ACCA qualified with a strong Accountancy Practice background. Responsibilities include delivering statutory accounts, providing tax advice, and mentoring junior staff. This role offers a competitive salary between £55,000 - £60,000, flexible and hybrid working options, private pension, and healthcare, along with generous annual leave entitlements.

Qualifications

• Strong Accountancy Practice background required.
• Experience of mentoring junior team members is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied portfolio of clients delivering accounts and tax returns.

• Act as primary point of contact for clients.
• Review accounts prepared by junior staff for compliance.
• Support growth by maintaining client relationships.
• Mentor and supervise junior accountants.
