Job summary

INDO SUEZ TRADING PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Head of Accounting to lead end-to-end finance operations in Singapore.

You will oversee treasury, accounting, and statutory reporting while driving digital invoicing initiatives such as InvoiceNow (Peppol). Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• ACCA/CPA/CA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, GST, corporate tax, and statutory compliance.
• Hands-on ERP/accounting software experience (Xero, SAP, MS Dynamics, Oracle).
• Familiar with InvoiceNow (Peppol) and electronic invoicing benefits for businesses in Singapore.
• Sales or business development experience in accounting software, ERP systems, digital solutions, or professional services is a plus.
• Ability to present solutions confidently and engage with customers.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
• Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Support customer onboarding, implementation, and after-sales service for accounting software and e-invoicing solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.

Requirements
