Accounting, Insight and Advisory Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) to lead our Accounting, Insight and Advisory (AIA) team. The role involves managing a diverse portfolio of clients, primarily reporting under FRS102 and FRS105, and overseeing team development through coaching and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the AIA team, fostering professional growth and skills development.
2. Handle client portfolios, including budgeting, cost management, and billing.
3. Project manage end-to-end engagement processes, ensuring timely delivery.
4. Plan resources and manage risks, maintaining strong client relationships.

Candidate Requirements

• Fully Qualified Accountant – ACA/ACCA.
• Experience with UK GAAP and financial reporting.
• Strong technical skills, including FRS 102 and FRS 105.
• Proficiency with Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar cloud accounting software.
• Experience managing a team within financial services.
