About MoneyGram Haas F1 Team

2025 marks the tenth season of MoneyGram Haas F1 Team in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship. We are a team that challenges the status quo, with a rich history as the first American F1 team since 1986, and a track record of growth and success, including a second-best season to date.

Position Overview

This role reports to the Accounting Manager and is based in Kannapolis, NC. The Accounting Analyst is crucial for daily finance operations, ensuring best practices in processing accounts payable, receivable, treasury, and general ledger transactions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Collaboration: Promote effective communication and teamwork across departments.
2. Accounts Payable: Manage vendor setup, invoice processing, query resolution, statement reconciliation, and payments.
3. Accounts Receivable: Handle customer setup, invoicing, query resolution, statements, and collections.
4. Treasury: Administer payments, record bank entries, reconcile statements, and manage ledger entries.
5. Additional Duties: Support credit card and expense reporting, assist with ERP upgrades, prepare audit documentation, and adhere to safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting with 3+ years of relevant experience (preferred).
• Strong communication skills, proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft D365 is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure, in a team, with a positive attitude, and attention to detail.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

Must work efficiently in high-pressure settings, with occasional travel, and be capable of physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds. The environment involves machinery, race cars, and hazardous materials, requiring compliance with safety policies.
