Job Description:

MoneyGram Haas F1 Team celebrates its tenth season in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship in 2025. We are a team that challenges the status quo, with a strong presence in Kannapolis, NC, USA, as well as in the UK and Italy. We are looking for an Accounting Analyst to join our finance team, playing a key role in daily accounting operations and ensuring best practices in accounts payable, receivable, treasury, and general ledger transactions.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Leading accounts payable processes, including vendor setup, invoice processing, and payments.
• Managing accounts receivable, including customer invoicing and collections.
• Administering treasury functions such as banking payments and bank reconciliations.
• Supporting audit documentation and system upgrades.
• Assisting with credit card and expense reporting.

Qualifications and Skills:

• College degree in Accounting with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft D365 is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.

Physical demands include working in a high-pressure environment, occasional travel, and physical activities such as lifting up to 50 pounds.
