2025 marks the tenth season for MoneyGram Haas F1 Team in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship. We are a team that challenges the status quo and invites you to join us.

Position Overview

This role reports to the Accounting Manager and is based in Kannapolis, NC. The Accounting Analyst supports daily finance operations, including accounts payable, receivable, treasury, and general ledger transactions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Foster teamwork and effective communication across departments.
2. Lead accounts payable activities: vendor setup, invoice processing, query resolution, statement reconciliation, and payments.
3. Prepare payment proposals mid-month and at month-end.
4. Manage accounts receivable: customer setup, invoicing, query resolution, statements, and collections.
5. Oversee treasury functions: banking payments, bank entries, reconciliations, and ledger management.
6. Support credit card and expense reporting, ERP system upgrades, and audit documentation.
7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Degree in Accounting with at least 3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Skills

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with Microsoft D365 preferred.
• Ability to articulate process understanding, demonstrate teamwork, analytical skills, urgency, and attention to detail.
• Capable of working under stress and in a team environment.

Equipment & Environment

Must have a computer with MS Office and D365. The role involves working in a high-pressure environment, occasional travel, and physical demands including lifting and manual tasks. Compliance with safety policies is mandatory.
