Responsibilities of an Accountant:

• Preparation of limited companies accounts for SMEs.
• Preparing and submitting tax returns to HMRC.
• VAT returns.
• Liaising with clients and HMRC, resolving any issues and answering any queries.
• General bookkeeping duties.

What we are looking for:

• ACCA Qualified or Equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years of experience within an Accountancy Practice.
• Confidence to work independently and also engage with the team.
• A genuine personality – no spreadsheets for eyes types here.
• Proficient in various accounting software such as Quickbooks, Free Agent, etc.
