Job summary

Fresh Perspective Resourcing Limited is seeking an experienced Accountant to join a growing practice in the Stoke-on-Trent area. You will manage year-end accounts, corporation and personal tax returns while maintaining client relationships.

With 2 years’ experience or a readiness to step up, you’ll handle bookkeeping review, VAT/CIS submissions, and payroll for a subset of clients, supported by an ambitious, collaborative team in a friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Year-end accounts preparation incl. corporation and personal tax
• Bookkeeping assistance and reviewing junior staff work
• VAT and CIS returns submission
• Payroll processing for some clients
• Proactive client contact via email and phone

Responsibilities

• Prepare year-end accounts and corporation/personal tax returns.
• Assist with bookkeeping and review junior staff work.
• Submit VAT and CIS returns for clients.
• Process payroll for some clients.
• Proactively contact clients by email and phone.
