Job summary

Radiant is expanding its Finance team and seeks an Accountant to join the global function. You will manage AR/AP, banking activities, and ensure accurate records while supporting month-end close and new entity setups. This hands-on role is pivotal as Radiant scales its AI infrastructure business.

You will work with the Senior Accountant and Manager – Group Reporting to deliver reliable numbers and contribute to process improvements across finance and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting or finance with AR/AP, reconciliations and month-end close.
• Proficient in Excel and able to learn new tools quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and collaborative approach with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own AR/AP and banking activities to keep cash flow healthy and vendor relations strong.
• Support month-end close and progress toward predictable processes.
• Assist with revenue billing and ensure accurate invoices and revenue recognition.
• Prepare reconciliations (balance sheet, bank, intercompany) and resolve issues.
• Assist with new global entity setups and ensure proper accounting foundations.
• Collaborate with finance/operations to understand business flows and transactions.
• Support year-end audit and provide clean deliverables.
• Identify and propose automation or process improvements.
