About The Role

We are seeking an Accountant to join our Outsourced Finance Team in Edinburgh. In this hands-on and client-facing role, you will play a key part in delivering financial services to a wide range of clients. The position involves preparing management and statutory accounts, completing VAT returns, and supporting transactional finance processes. You will work within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment that encourages innovation and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare management accounts and statutory financial statements for multiple clients
• Complete VAT returns and ensure regulatory compliance
• Assist with transactional finance tasks as needed
• Work closely with clients to provide tailored, value-added financial insights
• Contribute to a variety of finance assignments across diverse industries
• Embrace a client-first mindset to deliver quality results in a timely manner
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a similar accounting role; practice experience is preferred but not essential
• Strong communication skills with an ability to use initiative
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong general IT competency
