Job summary

Infinity Recruitment Consultancy Limited represents a respected business based in Kettering seeking an experienced Accountancy & Tax Manager for a full-time permanent role with hybrid working. The role runs 8.30am – 4.30pm, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours available.

The ideal candidate will be ACA, ACCA or CTA qualified, able to manage a varied client portfolio, provide accounting, compliance and tax advisory services, and support junior team members in their development.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CTA qualification required.
• Strong experience in accountancy and tax advisory services.
• Knowledge of VAT, Income Tax, CGT, IHT and trusts.
• Excellent communication skills and a commercial approach.
• Team leadership and development experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied portfolio of clients, providing accountancy, compliance and tax advisory support.
• Build strong client relationships and provide practical tax planning advice.
• Identify opportunities and support the development of junior team members.

Our client, a respected business based in Kettering, is looking for an experienced Accountancy & Tax Manager to join their growing team on a full time permanent basis working 8.30am – 4.30pm (flexible working hours available) Monday to Friday.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified professional to manage a varied portfolio of clients, providing accountancy, compliance and tax advisory support. As an Accountancy & Tax Manager you will build strong client relationships, provide practical tax planning advice, identify opportunities and support the development of junior team members.

Requirements

• ACA / ACCA / CTA qualification
• Strong experience within accountancy and tax advisory services
• Knowledge of areas such as VAT, Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax and trusts
• Excellent communication skills and a commercial approach
• Team leadership & development experience
