Michelle Denny Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Accountancy Practice Manager for a role in Diss. You will manage a portfolio of clients, supervise and review work, and advise on business decisions while coaching the team.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on client relationships and office growth. The ideal candidate will be ACA or ACCA qualified with substantial post-qualified experience in an accountancy practice, and will have led client relationships and a team.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualified, or hold an equivalent qualification, with substantial post qualified experience in an accountancy practice.
• Youll have managed client relationships and a team, and be comfortable combining technical oversight with hands on leadership.
• Salary is £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience.

Im recruiting for an accountancy firm in Diss that needs an experienced Manager to take responsibility for a varied client portfolio. This is more than a technical review position. Youll be trusted to build relationships, guide colleagues and help clients make good decisions for their businesses.
