Job summary

Menzies LLP offers a graduate and apprenticeship programme designed to launch your professional career in a dynamic, relationship-driven firm. You will rotate through Audit, Tax and Accounts during a 12‑month placement and begin building professional credentials.

The programme provides ongoing training and clear development plans, with opportunities to progress into the ATT-CTA or ACA Graduate Trainee routes. You will be supported to grow your skills across multiple pathways.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 undergraduate degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 A levels (A-C) and one other A level or equivalent.
• 5 GCSEs grades A-C or 9-4 (including Maths and English Language or equivalent).
• Strong numeracy and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Initial rotation across Audit, Tax and Accounts during the 12‑month placement.
• Develop professional skills within a dynamic and relationship‑driven firm.
• Participate in structured career development plans and mentoring.

The placement programme will give you the flexibility to learn about Audit, Tax and Accounts with the long-term aspiration to enable you to decide which field you would like to start a graduate career in. At the end of the programme both you and Menzies LLP will decide on whether a place on the Graduate Programme is going to happen. If the decision is made to progress, then you will be given a choice of going onto either the Menzies ATT-CTA or ACA Graduate Trainee programme.
