Dunbia Group is seeking an Accounting & Finance graduate to join its Brighter Futures Graduate Programme in the UK. You will gain hands-on experience across the Finance Function while working towards professional qualifications and developing core business acumen.

The programme offers 1-to-1 coaching, mentoring, and opportunities to rotate through different areas of the business, with exposure to senior leaders and real-world projects that drive value.

• Participate in training across the Finance Function to gain a robust understanding of accounts payable and receivable.

Responsibilities

Participating fully in all training you will gain a robust understanding in all aspects of the Finance Function in the following areas:

• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Weekly Accounts
• Monthly Accounts
• Management Reporting & Continuous Analysis

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have or demonstrate:

• Accounting and Finance degree;
• Desire to become fully qualified in an accounting qualification;
• Strong financial understanding and business acumen;
• Highly motivated, ambitious and commercially minded;
• Ability to adapt to change in highly competitive fast paced environment;
• Understanding of team dynamics, demonstrating the ability to work as an active and constructive member of a team with a professional enthusiastic attitude;
• Excellent time management;
• Strong communication skills;
• Experience of Microsoft Office;
• Excellent attention to detail;
• The successful candidate must, by the commencement of employment, have the right to work in the UK.
