Who we are looking for
To act as the single point of contact for customers, facilitating solutions that meet their needs and those of Chiesi. The Account Specialist (AS) will promote Chiesi’s AIR Portfolio in line with the UK marketing plan and local customer plans, aiming to increase revenues.
Key Customers & Target Accounts include GPs, Practice Nurses, Practice Pharmacists, Health Care Assistants, and other decision-makers, focusing on GP Practices and Primary Care Networks/Clusters.
Portfolio Priorities include the AIR portfolio and B Corp & sustainability initiatives.
Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of the NHS, proven sales success, advanced selling and presentation skills, robust clinical and market knowledge, effective planning abilities, and a full UK driving license. Candidates should be working towards or have an ABPI qualification.
The AS will serve as the primary contact for customers, promote the AIR portfolio, develop account plans, build customer partnerships, utilize digital and face-to-face interactions, and ensure KPIs are met, including sales, NPS, and customer satisfaction. Adherence to ABPI Code of Practice and company policies is essential, along with supporting the UK’s B Corp credentials.
Strong project management, interpersonal, analytical, decision-making skills, digital media affinity, empathy, high-quality communication, and disease/product knowledge are required.
