About The Team

Our client-facing team supports brands in growing on and beyond the eBay marketplace by guiding them through innovative, full-funnel advertising strategies. As part of this team, you will play a key support role in driving advertising success for a wide variety of brands.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Specialist to join our Brand Development Program. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting strategic advertising campaigns for well-known brands, collaborating with senior sellers, marketers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

What You Will Accomplish
  • Support Campaign Execution: Assist in implementing advertising campaigns across eBay's platforms, managing campaign materials, assets, and timelines efficiently.
  • Client Support: Serve as a daily contact for brand partners regarding campaign logistics, basic performance reporting, and deliverables.
  • Monitor & Optimize: Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and identify optimization opportunities to ensure campaigns meet brand objectives and KPIs.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, creative, and product teams to align campaign delivery with brand goals.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain documentation, ensure data accuracy, and support process improvements across campaign workflows.
  • Research & Insights: Gather category or brand-specific insights to support strategic planning and campaign design.
