Account/Project Manager (4 month FTC) - £40,000-£45,000 (Pro Rata) - London

Profiles Creative are hiring for a leading experiential agency, seeking an Account/Project Manager on a 4-month fixed-term contract, to start in July. We’re looking for a confident, organised, and proactive professional to help deliver unforgettable brand experiences within the tech and youth culture space. You'll ideally have experience in production, logistics, staffing and if you've worked on roadshow/multiple date tour projects, this will be a plus.

You'll be working with a recogniseable tech client with a youth-culture audience, overseeing projects from brief to execution, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholders with precision. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a creative, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Serve as the day-to-day client contact, building strong relationships and managing expectations
• Collaborate with internal creative, production, and logistics teams to bring activations to life
• Oversee on-site execution and troubleshooting during live events
• Track project progress, prepare status reports, and ensure smooth communication across all stakeholders
