This role reports to the Account Director / Senior Associate Director.
In three months, you will have gained foundational knowledge of your client’s account, integrated into the planning and implementation teams, and established yourself as a key contact. At six months, you will have built strong client relationships, become a key team figure, and understood the agency’s structure. In twelve months, you will contribute to broader projects, become a client media planning expert, and develop trusted partnerships.
Key responsibilities include building client relationships, understanding their business, supporting growth, developing media strategies, and contributing to agency initiatives. You will also support new business efforts, oversee team development, and continuously learn new skills.
