Position Title: Account Manager – Woodworking & Composites
Location: United Kingdom – Remote
Sales Territory: UK (Woodworking & Composites market)

Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to grow H.B. Fuller’s presence in the Woodworking & Composites sector across the UK. This role is ideal for a technical B2B sales professional with industry expertise, focused on delivering customer value and achieving profitable growth. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to customers while championing H.B. Fuller’s innovative adhesive technologies.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities and grow market share in the UK territory

  • Deliver sales targets through value-based selling and strong customer relationships

  • Act as a strategic partner, educating customers on market trends and technical applications

  • Promote and support the adoption of new H.B. Fuller technologies and solutions

  • Provide technical guidance and independently conduct product demonstrations

  • Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipelines and reporting

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure excellent service delivery

  • Uphold safety, compliance, and ethical standards in all customer interactions

Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience in Woodworking & Composites

  • 3+ years of B2B technical sales experience in adhesives or a related field

  • Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Valid driving license; willing to travel frequently across the UK and occasionally abroad

  • Strong initiative, results-oriented, and customer-focused

  • High ethical standards and collaborative mindset

Preferred Requirements

  • Background in chemistry or adhesive applications

  • Sales or technical qualifications

  • Knowledge of equipment, substrates, and application engineering
