The Position

They are seeking a Account Manager, who can...

  • Maintain, develop, and build customer relationships with their pre-existent base - you would be allocated multiple accounts, so this isn't purely a cold Sales role!
  • Generate new business and develop a customer base
  • Account manage their customers, prioritising engagement and communication
  • Liaising with technical teams and leadership teams to build the best solutions for your clients

Experience

  • experience within Managed Services or Reseller space is ideal, not essential - also considering SaaS or general IT Sales experience
  • they are Dell, Citrix, Veaam and Microsoft Certified, so any exposure to these technologies is very beneficial!
  • they have multiple offices, so flexible working is catered for (2x weekly in Derby)
  • excellent vendor-based training schemes
  • office environment that prioritises employee satisfaction
