Account Manager Service Delivery

The Service Delivery team are one of our fastest growing teams, and we are looking for a new Account Manager to join them. Based in our newly refurbished Fareham offices and reporting into our Head of Service Delivery, you will be involved in managing a wide number of customer accounts within the Unified Communications area.

You’ll get involved in:

  • Managing a portfolio of accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with each customer.
  • Using systems and available data to proactively identify sales opportunities and upselling opportunities.
  • Managing workflows and dashboards to keep data fluid and current.
  • Maintaining a strong knowledge of Aerial Direct's product base (including Mobiles, Fixed-line phones, networking services and IT services) to proactively sell to existing customers.
  • Managing monthly renewals of contracts and maintaining a high renewal rate.
  • Providing advice and guidance on products to ensure Customers choose Aerial for their UC suite.
  • Ensuring new Accounts have a smooth journey from Project to Business as Usual, this may include introduction calls and account reviews.

Ideally, you’ll have experience of:

  • Highly knowledgeable on Fixed Line and IT services
  • Experience in Telecoms or IT and the ability to pick up technical products quickly.
  • Account Management
  • Experience selling technical solutions or similar

  2. Step 2: Meet with your would-be manager, our Head of Service Delivery, and a member of the team to talk through your motivations, whilst also getting a feeling for Aerial Direct. You’ll run through a few scenario-based questions, and get the opportunity to ask anything you’d like to learn about.
  3. Step 3: You’ll meet again with our Head of Service Delivery, along with our Group Sales Director, and deliver a presentation to showcase your knowledge and experience. It’s also a great time to ask any final questions you may have!
  4. Step 4: If it looks like a good fit from both sides, we’ll be looking to make you an offer!
