Our client, a super friendly, award-winning social media agency based in London, is looking for an Account Manager to work across a significant B2B social media account.

They seek an experienced Account Manager with a strong interest and background in social media. You will manage multiple clients, particularly in the electrical and financial services sectors, and should have prior experience managing B2B accounts and enthusiasm for this space.

As a B2B Account Manager, your responsibilities include:

  1. Being the primary contact for clients, building strong relationships, understanding their goals, and ensuring high-quality service through regular communication and support.
  2. Managing B2B client relationships, with an understanding of the differences between B2B and B2C marketing needs.
  3. Overseeing the delivery of social media projects and retainers, including social creative (always-on and campaign production), paid media activations, and influencer marketing, from start to finish, collaborating with colleagues to meet deadlines, budgets, and client expectations.
  4. Managing budgets, contributing to account planning, and identifying opportunities to add value. Developing scopes of work and supporting revenue growth within your portfolio.

You should be knowledgeable in all things social and digital marketing:

  • You can cite examples of social best practices and have opinions on recent campaigns.
  • You are confident working with Creators and/or Influencers on behalf of clients.

Qualifications and experience you bring:

  • 2–3+ years in a client-facing agency role delivering digital and social media campaigns.
  • Experience working with B2B clients, ideally in utilities or financial services sectors.
  • Strong client servicing skills, including expectation management, communication, and relationship building.
  • Experience managing timelines, estimates, budgets, forecasts, and invoices.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and social media, with a desire to stay updated on trends.
