The Role:
Account Manager – Route to Market
You will manage customer relationships across national and regional accounts within foodservice and RTM, including live customers, lapsed accounts, and untapped opportunities. Responsibilities include product listings and promotional plans, with an emphasis on end-to-end commercial delivery.
The role covers the UK, requiring you to meet buyers, chefs, operators, and wholesalers—building partnerships and reactivating relationships. Some contacts will be familiar with the brand; others will be new, requiring energy and resilience.
You should be comfortable managing ambiguity and representing the brand confidently, even in unstructured situations. You will have autonomy to develop your territory and identify new opportunities.
