Amazon Locker

Amazon Locker is an alternative delivery solution available to Amazon customers. As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing our major partners in retail, property management, and public transportation. This role offers a great opportunity to make a significant impact for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

As part of the AM team and working in a cross-functional role, you will:

  1. Own client relationships post-launch, conduct performance reviews, develop expansion plans, and recommend action strategies.
  2. Administer and renew contracts.
  3. Liaise with various external and internal stakeholders (Tech Ops / Installation, Accounting, Marketing, Business Planning, Legal, Product Management) to ensure optimal customer experience.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong project and stakeholder management experience with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • Previous experience in IT or network roll-outs or similar projects is advantageous.
